Girls & Boys - Ages 3-12 yrs

The Pre Team Program(s) are designed to challenge and develop the skills of girls and boys wishing to enter into the competitive world of gymnastics.
The program concentrates on enhancing the young gymnast's flexibility, strength, balance and most of all, self-esteem in preparation for Girls and boys wanting to take gymnastics competitively.

Turbo Tots- Pre Team is for girls ages 3 and 4 years old to begin competing at Developmental Level 1 or Xcel Bronze as they become age eligible and reach their 4th birthday.

Pre Team 1 is for students age 4 to 7 wishing to advance to the
USA Gymnastics Competitive Girls Team
Levels 1-10

Twisters Gymnastics is a current USA Gymnastics Member Club following routines and requirements set through the USAG Junior Olympic Programs.
​
We believe in making sure that athletes are both physically and mentally prepared to successfully compete at each level. Twisters competitive team coaches are Professional Members and Safety Certified by USA Gymnastics with over 80 years of experience between them.

The Twisters competitive girls gymnastics teams travel and compete locally and nationally.
​
Competitive gymnastics teaches the importance of hard work, ethics, perseverance, goal setting, achievements, teamwork, personal fitness, friendships and life skills that they will take with them far beyond their gymnastics years.

Xcel Gymnastics is a USA gymnastics recreational competitive girls program to allow athletes to participate in more than one sport while gaining strength and creativity through gymnastics. Xcel Gymnasts practice less hours each week, at lower rates than USA gymnastics Developmental Junior Olympic Athletes.
USA Gymnastics Competitive Boys Team
Levels 3-10

XCEL Gymnastics Competitive Girls Team
Levels Bronze - Diamond
The XCEL Program is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.

XCEL is a great program for gymnasts that:

Are working a various levels of skills, are a variety of ages and commitment levels, and want to enjoy all the benefits that gymnastics has to offer while having more flexibility than the Junior Olympic Program.

Have a passion for gymnastics and want to stay involved in the sport for the long term with a lower level of time and/or cost commitment.

Cannot be in the gym the number of hours that the Junior Olympic Program requires because of other activities or sports but still want to be a competitive gymnast.

Levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond

These levels are very progressive and gymnasts have the options of learning all the skills they ever wanted!
